Laherte Freres "Rose de Meunier": 100% Pinot Meunier, organically grown in hand-selected parcels from seven vineyards in Coteaux du Sud Epernay and Valle de la Marne, Champagne. Expressive, fresh and floral with berries/blood orange/mineral palate. Long, vinous, dazzlingly dry finish.
Chaeau Leydet-Valentin: Mostly Merlot, some Cabernet Franc from St. Emilion, Bordeaux, France. Designated Grand Cru vineyard site. Silky, textured, dark-fruited, earthy tones. Old-school and timelessly classic.
Domaine Chavy-Chouet Meursault: 100% Chardonnay from a single-vineyard site, exclusively farmed (Monopole) by this multi-generational family winery in Burgundy. Domaine de la Bergerie- 100% Cabernet Franc, all organically grown on sandy, clay/schist soils in Anjou, Loire Valley, France. Medium-bodied, expressive and aromatic right out of the bottle: cherries, red currants, herbs, no green or underripe notes here.
Laberinto "Arcillas"- A red gem from a single, mountainside vineyard of old vines Pais, all organically grown and hand-harvested in Maule Valley, Chile. Fresh floral, spicy aromatics...Juicy blood orange/cherry fruit. From star winemaker Rafael Tirado. Delightful!
Broc Cellars- 100% Nero D'Avola, organically grown in single vineyard in Mendocino, CA. From star wine maker Chris Brockway. Juicy and dark-fruited with savory undertones, soft acidity and fine tannins. Very food friendly and absolutely delicious.
Montrubi "Black"- 100% Garnacha from Catalonia, Spain. All organically grown, carbonically macerated in neutral tanks. Vibrant crushed berry fruit, soft acidity. Chill-able...
